Following the appointment of Prof. Dr. Jürgen Mlynek as chair, the European Commission has officially established the Expert Group on Quantum Technologies, a high-level steering committee.
The group consists of 13 top academic members who will provide recommendations for preparing the ambitious Quantum Technology Flagship initiative. The expert group will operate for one year, representing the interests of the academic and industrial communities across Europe. Its goal is to develop a strategic research agenda with concrete objectives and an effective implementation strategy.
