We invite the research and professional public, media representatives, and representatives of innovation and high-tech companies to the event marking the closing of the International Year of Quantum Sciences and Technologies. The event will take place as part of the Month of Science, organized by the Faculty of Mathematics and Physics of the University of Ljubljana (UL FMF) and the Jožef Stefan Institute (IJS).
After the introductory speeches, a short presentation will follow, where researchers will summarize the key achievements of the International Year of Quantum Sciences and Technologies in the international arena and in Slovenia. The role of Slovenian researchers and institutions and the importance of Slovenian projects in the global development of quantum technologies will be particularly emphasized. This will be followed by a moderated discussion that will further shed light on future opportunities, technological challenges, and strategic directions in the field of quantum technologies.
Event will be held in Slovene language.
